Spinning bikes are a very popular and very effective way to loose weight and exercise. Spinning Bikes are very similar to regular exercise bikes, however, they are different in that spinning bicycles have a higher wheel and utilize more resistance when using them. Another feature that sets spinning bikes apart from regular exercise bikes is that often times users of the bikes will put in a tape or program and follow a routine while using said bike. This allows you to push yourself much harder and ride for longer while getting a much better exercise. Also, people the compete in bicycles races and other forms of biking often times will prefer using a spinner bike because of the extra workout. If you are looking for used spinning bikes, the best place to check is Ebay.com. You can find amazing deals as there a lot of used but still in excellent working condition.

I recently got an exercise bike because I don’t really have alot of time to go to the gym etc. It’s nothing too fancy but it has calories/pulse/time etc and different levels of difficulty. I tried using it but found I had no idea what I should be doing in terms of a regime and ended up just wearing myself out after a few minutes.

What would be the best routine/regime to follow? I’m pretty unfit so I need something that builds up gradually.
Thanks.

I would like to start exercising on exercise bike each day, have on average 30 minutes free to do this. I already do other exercises like take dogs walk etc. I was just wondering how I can get the most benefit from using the bike.

The exercise bike has a tension area in centre where you can have setting 1 – 14, 1 feeling very light and of course 14 being a lot of tension.
Any suggestions on how to get the best use of the bike so I get the best work-out, for 30 minutes each day. Thanks

I’m about to have another knee surgery and I know that using exercise bikes are very good for rebuilding the knee, but I’m low on dough. I was wondering if I could somehow take apart an old bike I have and use it? Would you recommend this? If so, what do I do to make it?
K then. Somebody asked the question a few ?’s back so I already have my answer, but I leave my question up so I can give someone a best answer.

Hubby and I are having a disagreement on whether to purchase a elliptical machine or a stationary bike for the family. Mainly due to the fact that we allowed our son to gain to much weight for his age. Anyway, I think for the best overall cardio workout an elliptical machine would be a better choice for the entire family. My son sits down all day at school so why would I want him to exercise sitting down. What do you think?

I’m trying to heal my right knee from patella tendinitis and I wanna exercise and do some cardio to stay in shape. If I use a stationary bike and do walking, will my knee still be alright? I ice my knee twice a day. If I should be doing something else please tell me. I’ve already been to a doctor. Thanks!
