I have been looking at the Edge 440 recumbent exercise bike, but cannot find any information on how good they are. I haven’t heard of Edge before and wonder if anyone has anything made by them or where I might be able to go online to find any reviews on it.
Also if someone has one that they would like to recommend. It is going to be a gift for my father who is approx 6′2″ with long legs so the seat needs to be quite adjustable. Thanks

I just recently bought a recumbent stationary bike. I wanted to lose quite a bit of weight. I intend on dieting as well as riding the bike. My question is how long should I stay on the bike to see results? Or how many calories should I burn? Would you consider this a good form of exercise? Has anybody else seen results with a recumbent bike? I would like to lose atleast 3 pounds a week.

I am interested in a recumbent bike. I am considering the Nautilus 2000 or the Vision Fitness 2150 or 2200. They all have similar features, so I am inquiring primarily about the quality of the bike and comfort with extended use. Any advice will be appreciated.
